Six months ago, over 2,000 Camden students lit up the stage at the Royal Albert Hall for the Camden Schools’ Music Festival 2025. It was a night of unforgettable performances, community spirit, and musical excellence. But what many didn’t see was the incredible work that went on behind the scenes to make this event possible—and now, thanks to a new film created by students studying their T-Level in Media, Broadcast & Production, you can experience it all.
The Build-Up
In the days leading up to the festival, rehearsals were buzzing with energy. From massed choirs to orchestras and ensembles, students and teachers worked tirelessly to perfect every note. The Royal Albert Hall is a world-class venue, and the excitement of performing there was clear.
The Filmmakers
This year, we partnered with students from Acland Burghley School studying T-Level Media, Broadcast & Production. They joined us at rehearsals and on the big day, capturing the atmosphere, the teamwork, and the sheer scale of the event. Their brief? To tell the story of what it takes to bring Camden’s biggest musical celebration to life.
The Film
The result is a stunning behind-the-scenes short documentary film that shines a light on the students’ hardwork, teachers, and staff. From the first rehearsal to the final bow, the film offers a unique perspective on the festival and the people who make it happen.
